Commencing 16th September, we will be upgrading our car parking equipment to improve and streamline our customer experience. We appreciate your patience as we make these changes which will deliver a number of customer benefits.
Charging will remain the same Cash and Card Payment both AcceptedAutomatic Number Plate Recognition cameras will be installedTap in/Tap Out with Debit CardCard Payment process will be faster New tickets carry barcodes, which will reduce instances of unreadable tickets3 new carparking payment machines installed Dedicated payment APP introducedLost cards will be easily managed as our new system will recognise your number plate and you have two ways to pay. You can either enter your number plate at any Pay Station, or drive to the Exit where your fee will be displayed and you can tap your credit or debit card to pay at the barrier.
The new dedicated payment APP can be downloaded using the QR code displayed throughout the Centre.
We hope this investment in equipment will deliver an enhanced experience for our customers.
